Refund Policy
Introduction

At Sav’s Digi-Marketing, we are dedicated to providing high-quality digital marketing services and products. Due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and professionalism in our business transactions.
1. Refunds for Service-Based Work
(Branding, Web Design, Social Media Marketing, Ad Campaign Coaching, etc)
Sav’s Digi-Marketing operates under a contract-based agreement for services, and refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Deposits & Initial Payments: All deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable once the agreement is signed and work has commenced.
Work in Progress: If a project is canceled before completion, the client will be responsible for all costs incurred up to that point, including time spent, resources allocated, and materials purchased. No refunds will be issued for work already completed.
Completed Projects: Once final deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be granted.
Coaching Sessions: Coaching and consulting services are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If a client needs to reschedule, a 24-hour notice is required.
For ongoing service contracts (e.g., social media management, ad campaign management):
The client must provide 15 days’ written notice for contract termination.
The client remains responsible for all services rendered and costs incurred up to the termination date.
2. Refunds for Digital Products
(Downloads, Online Courses, Templates, Membership Content)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued for:

Digital downloads (e-books, templates, guides, PDFs, etc.)

Course enrollments

Membership or subscription-based content

If a client experiences technical difficulties accessing their purchase, they must contact hello@savsdigimarketing.com within 7 days of purchase for support.
3. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Refund requests outside of these terms may be considered at our sole discretion, only in cases of extenuating circumstances. Clients must provide a written request detailing the issue.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior communication may result in account restrictions and legal action.
